DOORS - Double Glazed Doors
Country Window Systems Limited is a fully accredited manufacturer of the highly respected AluPlast Ideal 70 range of PVCu architectural extrusions. These products are extruded from the highest quality “German” virgin PVCu into a wide range of five chambered extrusions, and are tested to the highest standards. These include the British Board of Agreement and The British Standards Institute.
These extrusions are manufactured at our award winning West Country Factory, and are of fully welded construction, reinforced with galvanised steel to exceed the ‘AluPlast‘ specification. The outer frames include secret drainage, used in conjunction with matching PVCu external cills.
The Sashes are locked using ROTO Multi-Point High Security Locking System, and have Flag Hinges as Standard. The Ideal 70 suite is manufactured to BSI Enhanced Security Performance of Windows Standards, BS7950/7412 on request.
The suite is internally glazed with elegant Sculptured glazing beads. These Doors are made in Single Sash, French Casement, Bi-Fold and Patio styles, according to our clients requirements. These are then all glazed with our unique 28mm Duralite Warm Edge glazed sealed units, with Pilkington K Glass as standard, giving one of the most efficient heat retention ratings on the market today.
Country Window Systems Limited also supply and install GRP Composite Doors, we supply these in a number of designs and colours, these are grain effect or smooth effect, and are tested to PAS23/24 and Secured By Design Standards. Steel and GRP Doors will not crack and have a very high dent resistance.
