WINDOWS - uPVC Double Glazed Windows

Country Window Systems Limited is a fully accredited manufacturer of the highly respected AluPlast Ideal 70 range of PVCu architectural extrusions. These products are extruded from the highest quality “German” virgin PVCu into a wide range of five chambered extrusions, and are tested to the highest standards. These include the British Board of Agreement and The British Standards Institute.

These extrusions are manufactured at our award winning West Country Factory, and are of fully welded construction, reinforced with galvanised steel to exceed the ‘AluPlast‘ specification. The outer frames include secret drainage, used in conjunction with matching PVCu external cills.

The vents are locked using ROTO Mushroom Headed Multi-Point Espagnolettes, with night vent facility and key locking handles as standard, and also incorporate high security stainless-steel friction stays. The Ideal 70 suite is manufactured to BSI Enhanced Security Performance of Windows Standards, BS7950/7412 on request.

The suite is internally glazed with elegant Sculptured glazing beads. These windows are made in Casement and Tilt & Turn styles, according to our clients requirements. These are then all glazed with our unique 28mm Duralite Warm Edge glazed sealed units, with Pilkington K Glass as standard, giving one of the most efficient heat retention ratings on the market today.
